TY GRIGSBY ANNOUNCED NEW PRESIDENT BY CHRIS TAYLOR (CEO)
Chris Taylor, CEO, named Ty Grigsby, President of Fisher’s Technology on July 1, 2022. Ty has been with the company since 2016 and has been the leader of the Accounting & Finance Department, alongside J.T. Jones, CFO. With expansive growth in IT services, copiers/printers, and software solutions throughout the northwest, it became clear that Fisher's needed to expand its leadership team to better serve team members and customers.

Chris Taylor’s official title is CEO and Ty Grigsby’s is President, but their roles are defined more by their position within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)/Traction methodology or branded Fisher’s Operating System (FOS).
Chris is Fisher’s Visionary and his role is setting the long-term company vision and strategy to achieve it. He also drives culture, values, mission, vision, big ideas, and strategy. Whereas Ty is the Integrator, and his role is converting high level ideas into reality and executes the strategy. He’s in charge of managing the day-to-day aspects of Fisher’s operations.

ABOUT TY GRIGSBY
Ty Grigsby is the President at Fisher’s Technology, an office technology company hailing originally from Boise, Idaho with 4 locations in Idaho, 6 locations in Montana and a location in Spokane, Washington. Ty is your go-to friend and mentor at Fisher’s that inspires to go above what you think you’re capable of. He firmly believes exceptional customer experiences are built by cultivating a motivated and inspired team and it can't be done any other way.
Ty has served as Fisher’s Controller since 2016, so he has a deep rooted knowledge of Fisher’s financial and operational functions. He’s a Microsoft Excel master and can effectively communicate complex information, so leaders can make informed decisions faster. He leads by example and is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and dive into a project. Collaborating with Ty, team members will find themselves working hard and having a good time too. Ty is not your typical number cruncher, he brings the culture and is always good for a laugh. With his time at Fisher’s, Ty has played a critical role in multiple acquisitions, increased profitability, and +114% revenue growth.
Prior to joining Fisher’s, Ty worked in various roles within the treasury, finance, and accounting departments at Micron Technology. Ty received an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and graduated from The College of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in business, an emphasis in business management, accounting, and finance, and a minor in leadership.
Ty and his wife, Haley, are busy with their 2 toddlers. In his limited spare time (#dadlife), Ty is a foodie (clearly) and enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, traveling, and a good bottle of chianti wine.
