Scott Shiner

Scott recently returned to Utah after living in Idaho for the past 15 years, and he joined Fishers Technology as the Utah Government Accounts Manager. He has 30+ years of industry experience and the last 10 years specifically working in the government and education sectors. Scott has worked for large copier organizations, like IKON, Canon Business Solutions and Ricoh Direct, and smaller ones like Boise Office Equipment and Valley Office Systems, where Fishers was his number one competitor. Fortunately for us, he decided to join our team! Scott specializes in building relationships through attentive customer service, developing accounts by structuring comprehensive solutions, and maintaining trust through educating and training the people he works with. Scott is a quick learner and is eager to immerse himself into new technologies and product lines.

Outside of work, Scott and his wife Kim have five kids between them. As empty nesters they are very active in their church, they enjoy the outdoors and traveling to wherever there is sunshine. Scott likes to be active, whether with sports, hiking, or remodeling projects. He has also spent the last 8 years as a driving instructor, specializing in kids (and parents!) with anxiety. Scott served a two-year mission for his church to the Dominican Republic and graduated from Weber State University in Spanish and Communications.
