Urban Renewal District Sells Historic Downtown Property

TWIN FALLS • The Twin Falls Urban Renewal Agency approved the sale of a downtown warehouse Wednesday for $1.

The 6,250-square-foot building at 242 Second Ave. S. was sold to Fisher’s Technology, which now must invest about $300,000 in improvements and renovations to the historic property and its adjacent parking lot.
